In an effort to make life easier, we have put most of the information sent out in our May 2010 mailing onto this webpage. In the event that you did not receive your mailing, you need extra copies of any particular forms, or you did not receive a form you think you might need, you will be able to download these by clicking on the appropriate form below. See the checklist "What Forms Do I Need to Return?" to help guide you through the many documents that you will need to complete and return to TASIS England.

Some items we have been unable to place on the website, so please contact us directly for them e.g. Lower School Booster Packs. There are a few more documents still to be added to the site as soon as the information is updated.

Throughout the summer months we will be sending emails with further information about programs for the 2010-2011 school year. Please contact The Admissions Office if your email address changes to ensure you do not miss out on any important information.

Please note that some of these forms have a date by which they are to be returned to TASIS England in order to ensure action by the time school starts (see Summer Dates to Remember 2010-2011 for more information). If you would like to fax any of the forms back to the Admissions Office please use fax number +44 (0) 1932 564 644.
